Strategic Plan - Organizational Pillars

Why plan?

Strategic plans allow organizations to set a direction and plan for the future, oftentimes answering the question, “Where do we want to be in five years?” The strategic plan strives to answer that question by setting goals and allocating resources to work towards those goals.

SAA-GD developed its first strategic plan in 2022-23, under the direction of Vice Provost and Dean Nicquet Blake. Faculty, staff, and external stakeholders provided feedback through workgroups, meetings and a staff retreat.
